Observatory Bistro
The newly renovated Observatory Bistro has been named as an ode to the local history. Now located at the back of the hotel, the Observatory Bistro overlooks Carina with views as far as the Gateway Bridge.
Our menu offers plates to share, traditional pub meals, a selection of Graziers steaks ranging from 250g to 450g, plus a variety of classic dishes.
The kids’ room is elegantly styled with a jungle theme and offers a movie theatre with a large interactive projector and bean bags for comfort.
Sports lounge
Looking for the entire sports atmosphere experience? The Sports Lounge is where it's at. A step up from the Backyard Bar, you can immerse yourself in sporting events with three large projector screens running simultaneously. The Sports Lounge caters to sports fans and casual diners. All sports are shown live and loud with convenient access to the Observatory Bar running adjacent.
